Pairing your iPad with a Bluetooth headset

The iPad manufactured by Apple comes with a host of convenient characteristics and one such characteristic is its easy pairing with any Bluetooth device. These devices will enable your iPad to interact with a wide variety of devices starting from computers to headsets sans the wire.

To pair a Bluetooth headset to your iPad you will first need to make sure that the headset is discoverable. Read the headset manual to understand how this is done. You can look up the Internet as well. Usually holding a button down for a couple of seconds does the job.

The next thing that you will need to do is turn on the Bluetooth capability of your iPad. Via the Settings Applications icon you can go to the Settings. Within the Settings first select General and then Bluetooth. Make sure that the Bluetooth is switched on. You will be able to see your discoverable headset on the list that is shown. Just select it.
